End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and DRUNKSTER Studios GbR, the developer and owner of the mobile application DRUNKSTER! (“App”).

By downloading or using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the App

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our servers or networks

3. Age Restriction

This App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s payment and renewal terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
